Mimir is a physics-grounded LLM agent for long-horizon irrigation control, combining semantic reasoning with bounded self-improvement while preserving physical truth and actuator authority. It uses a structured physical interface, deterministic simulator, and recurrent failure patterns to achieve the lowest reported aggregate control cost among evaluated references.
